For the Canada Line of Myfirstwig, we ship to Canada only. If you are in other countries, we recommend you shop from our main website: Myfirstwig.com.

How long will my order take?

• We use DHL/FEDEX to ship orders. But FedEx has the possibility of being charged by custom. Hope you could understand.
• For stock wigs, you usually can receive the wig within 10-12 days. 
• Customization Service (Deep bleached /Fake Scalp) needs processing time about 3-6 business extra.

 

Regular Processing Time

• 3-5 working days
• There will be some delays for processing orders during our peak season. Sincerely appreciate your understanding.
• If the wig is not available now, it need extra 5-7 working days to process after payment received.

 

Shipping

• If you need the wig urgently, please check with our online service to see if the wig is available now.
• If the wig is available, we will mail it out within 24 hours after receive your payment.
• When your wig has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided, from which you can check the status of shipment. If you don’t get the tracking number, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service(service@myfirstwig.com) for further information.
